SERVICES:
Nursing Care
- Nursing care and intervention, within scope of practice, to participants, as specified in the client's care plan. Monitoring of the participants general health status and changes in his or her condition, risk factors, and the participants specific medical, cognitive, or mental health condition or conditions upon which admission to the center was based.
Full Amenities to accommodate everyone needs
- We have a big open floor plan to accommodate or make changes as seen fit, all to benefit clients attendance and interaction.
Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy
- If needed, through our evaluations, we have speech, OT, and PT once a month. We also have a specialized room for all therapy needs.
