We are here for you
- Our mission is to give adults new opportunities, discoveries, and surprises every day through a wide variety of engaging activities. We value good health and nutrition, preparing fresh and diverse meals daily from our own full kitchen. We currently serve Stanislaus County and San Joaquin County individuals. All services are covered by managed care organization and MCO approval.

Physical and Occupational Therapy Room
■ Cognitive Support
Seniors experiencing Alzheimer’s, Mild to Moderate Dementia Diagnosis, or other cognitive impairments who benefit from interactive activities and a structured routine.
Arts and Crafts Table
■ Community Engagement
Sunlight Adult Day HealthCare Center accepts Adults over the age of 18. We work with community partners like Turning Point, VMRC, Veterans Administration, Salvation army, and much more.

■ Transportation
We arrange Transportation to and from the Center for participants who cannot use public transportation. Our coverage area is Stanislaus County and other areas based on assessment.
Door to Door Non - Medical Transportation
■ Mental Health Services
Monitoring of the participants psychosocial mental health status. Social workers onsite provide coping skills group and 1:1 intervention for various mood disorders.
1:1 and Group Mental Health Support
■ Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Register Dietician
Services designed to improve or maintain the abilities for independent functioning and lessen re-admission to hospitals.
